Compassion-Focused Therapy

Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) is an evidence-based approach designed to help you develop self-compassion and reduce self-criticism. If you struggle with shame and a harsh inner dialogue you can learn to respond with kindness rather than judgement. 

CFT combines psychology and neuro-science based strategies to regulate emotions, strengthen self-compassion and create a greater sense of safety and balance.

First Step

Finding a therapist can be difficult. Even if I’ve been recommended to you, you still need to decide whether I am somebody you feel able to work with.

So please browse my website and send me an email or phone me if you want to discuss anything further. You are not obliged to book a session or pay a penny. However, talking to each other may help us to decide if an assessment would be appropriate.
