Addiction Sessions
I have extensive experience of working with individuals who engage in unhelpful, addictive behaviours so I am able to provide support and understanding by offering a space to talk through the behaviour/s you are no longer finding helpful. We will work together to better understand the patterns you have become stuck in and identify what lies beneath the behaviour and what needs you are meeting by engaging in it. We will find what is triggering these behaviours and discover new and more helpful approaches you can take to handle these thoughts and feelings.
