Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that puts change at the heart of treatment, often used to treat anxiety, depression and emotional challenges.

Mood is understood as being fuelled by the way we think and behave. By exploring negative thinking styles and unhelpful behaviours we can discover more helpful responses to the things you find challenging and improve the way you feel and build lasting coping skills.

Finding a therapist can be difficult. Even if I’ve been recommended to you, you still need to decide whether I am somebody you feel able to work with.

So please browse my website and send me an email or phone me if you want to discuss anything further. You are not obliged to book a session or pay a penny. However, talking to each other may help us to decide if an assessment would be appropriate.
