Therapy is an important financial as well as emotional commitment and so I try to manage my fee scale to make it as affordable as possible. I do not charge for the initial consultation but thereafter, should we agree to work together, I operate a sliding scale and ask that you consider what you can afford. My full fee of £50.00.
I see clients weekly for 50 minutes and the duration of therapy will depend on individual circumstances. Sometimes a problem that seems insurmountable resolves after a few sessions of talking it through. But it can take considerably longer to build trust and feel safe enough to talk about very painful feelings and experiences.
